Cori Bush has, in the same breath, called for defunding the police and said that she needs $70,000 private security for herself. 

Her exact words were "suck it up, and defunding the police has to happen."

Why do normal Americans have to "suck it up" and go without police protection from violent criminals while this elitist spends more than most people make in year on private security for herself?
